Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and will auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop.com account before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing. Access is granted to the TradingView account specified at the time of purchase and is non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, or transferring access to any third party is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension. Ontario residents: Pursuant to the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, you have the right to cancel this agreement within 7 days of receiving a copy of your purchase confirmation. To exercise this right, contact support@prodesktrades.com. Outside of the statutory cancellation period, all purchases are final and non-refundable. ProDeskTrades reserves the right to revoke access at any time for violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract. If you access this service from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.
